Impress runs hundreds of clinics across Europe and the US. In July 2026 we moved every entity onto a single ERP. Our finance, logistics and production processes currently sit across that ERP, our CRM and our own platform services.
You'll own moving them into the right place. You'll decide which processes belong in the ERP, design how they should work, and lead the migration with two ERP developers.
This is a business and process role rather than a technical one. You won't be configuring the system yourself.

🔥What You'll Do:
Map how finance, logistics and production work today across our countries and entities.
Decide which processes belong in the ERP and design how they should work.
Lead the migration of those processes, directing two ERP developers and our external partners.
Run the change with the teams affected: AP, AR, accounting, logistics and clinic operations. This covers design, training and adoption.
Own the roadmap and sequencing, and report progress to the executive team.
Track the results: reconciliation time, stock accuracy, control over spend, and manual work removed.
🔥The Profile:
Experience leading process change in an operational business, such as logistics, manufacturing, retail or healthcare delivery.
A clear understanding of what an ERP is for and where it sits in a wider systems architecture. Odoo experience isn't required.
Enough technical depth to direct two developers. You can read a data model, review an integration design and assess an estimate. You won't be writing code.
A track record of getting teams to adopt new ways of working.
Comfortable with the detail of invoicing, reconciliation, stock, purchasing and fulfilment.
Evidence of learning an unfamiliar domain quickly.
Multi-country or multi-entity experience is an advantage.
Fluent English is essential.
Based in Barcelona, working from our HQ full-time.
