🦷 What you will do:

• Be the face of Impress, greet patients, present treatment plans, and guide them through timelines and expectations

• Engage and form a genuine connection with patients to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile

• Own the patient relationship from first visit through end of treatment, resolving issues for problem cases

• Track conversions, treatment starts, and clinic performance against targets

• Coordinate scheduling between patients, doctors, and clinic staff

• Support marketing activities, patient events, and photo/video content at the clinic

• Meet individual sales and conversion budgets

• Ensure a 100% amazing look and feel in the clinic

🌟 What we expect from you:

• +1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or coordination role

• Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus 🪥

• Team player, positive, curious, and enthusiastic 🙌

• Goal-oriented, comfortable working with autonomy

• Proactive, eager to take on responsibility

• Strong communication skills 💬

• Fluent English required 🇬🇧
