✨ Your Role:

  • Source top talent through diverse channels.

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Craft compelling job descriptions and build talent pipelines.

  • Elevate our employer brand and support cross-market recruitment projects.

💡 What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a fast-paced startup.

  • Must-Have Fluency in English.

  • Nice to have any other German / Russian or any other European language.

  • Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.

  • Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
